1. What Nassino is

Nassino is a skill-based 1v1 wagering platform for ranked Valorant players. Two players agree on a stake, play a custom 1v1 match in Valorant directly with each other, submit screenshot evidence of the outcome, and the platform releases the pooled stake to the winner (minus a platform fee).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You confirm that participating in skill-based wagering is legal where you reside.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction we have geoblocked.
• You are using your own account, your own funds, and your own Riot account.

3. Skill-based wagering

Match outcomes are determined by player skill in Valorant. Nassino does not operate games of chance. Stake outcomes are between you and your opponent — Nassino does not act as the opposing party in any wager.

4. Payouts and fees

• Closed-pool payout: both players stake. The winner receives the combined pool less a 10% platform fee (5% from each player's stake).
• Stakes are held in USDC on Solana for the duration of the match and released to the winner's platform balance on resolution.
• Withdrawals to a self-custody wallet are processed automatically when funds are available. Withdrawals that fail automated processing enter a manual queue and are typically fulfilled within 24 hours.

5. Disputes

If players disagree on a match outcome, the match enters a dispute queue. Admins review screenshot evidence and may: declare a winner, refund both stakes, or take enforcement action against parties suspected of fraud.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Match fixing, win trading, or collusion between accounts.
• Smurfing — using a low-rank account to challenge lower-ranked players.
• Submitting falsified, edited, or reused screenshot evidence.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation to interact with the platform.
• Funding matches from sanctioned wallets or jurisdictions.

7. Enforcement

Nassino monitors for fraud signals (replay attempts, wallet collisions, balanced repeat pairings, screenshot reuse, anomalous funding patterns) and may, at its discretion: flag an account, set its status to limited or under-review, quarantine its wallet, freeze it, or permanently ban it. Confirmed fraud forfeits the relevant stake.

8. No warranty

Nassino is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, freedom from bugs, or that any specific match will resolve in any particular way. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by requiring re-acceptance before your next wagering action.
